Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of thegrowthhourcollective.com and to any membership, coworking session, event, 1:1 session, digital product or other service offered by The Growth Hour Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member. You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. Your login is for you only; please don’t share it. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Memberships and billing

• Memberships are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans, prices and what’s included are listed on our Pricing page.
• By joining, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
• We may change our plans or prices. If the price of your plan changes, we’ll let you know in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing date.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your access until your billing is up to date.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your member dashboard (“Update payment info”) or by emailing us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for details.

1:1 Power Sessions

Plans that include 1:1 sessions come with a set number of sessions each month. Sessions must be booked through our scheduling link, don’t roll over to the next month, and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

Community guidelines

The Growth Hour Collective is a supportive space. In coworking sessions, the member chat and any community space, you agree to:

• Be respectful and kind. No harassment, hate speech, bullying or discrimination.
• Keep what others share in the community confidential.
• Not spam, sell or promote to other members without their permission.
• Not record sessions or share screenshots of other members without their consent.

We may remove content, or suspend or end a membership without a refund, if these guidelines are broken.

Digital products and resources

Workbooks, planners, templates and other resources are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute or publish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content on our site and in our resources belongs to The Growth Hour Collective or its licensors.

No professional advice

Our sessions, coaching and resources are for educational and motivational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental-health advice. Results vary, and we don’t guarantee any particular outcome for you or your business.

Third-party services

We use third-party tools (such as Stripe, Dubsado, Google and video-meeting platforms) to deliver our services. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their availability or actions.

Limitation of liability

Our site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Growth Hour Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above and let members know about significant changes. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
