I'm the founder of Mecca Joi Consulting and the creator of The Growth Hour Collective.
I started this group because I was struggling to get things done. I had big goals and a long to-do list, but working alone made it too easy to get distracted and push things off. I needed structure, accountability and people in my corner, so I built the room I was looking for.
I also run Dope Pixx Media and Rich Girl Meditation, so I know what it takes to stay focused while you wear every hat. Now I show up, I get it done, and I get to watch other women do the same.
